Extremely bad customer service. Waiting for so long to have a person to help and once he comes he goes to another customer. Even if trained to not care about their customers wouldn't get a "better" result

Worst service ever. I was there to get estimate for renovation kitchen. First, they made mistake on making appointment, they made appointment for me, I got confirmation email, when I get there, they do not see my appointment, so I had to come back again.Gideon Dohan is the very old kitchen designer who is slow, lazy, ignorable, and rude. He refused to give estimate, told me to pay $100 because someone has to come out and measure. Other venders,and even other home depot estimates for free without charging $100. He was treated like "I don't care who made mistake on appointment, you are wasting my time, just get out of here" Thank you for nothing

Very helpful, I would ask older employees though. Some new inexperienced employees could send you in the wrong direction at times. Just ask for help as soon as you go in, it can be hard to find someone when you're in an aisle.

Very bad experience the appliance department not deserve any star because they are careless about customers order ,customers Money & customers Time they r just playing with customers we r bought refrigerator from their almost one nd half month still we r waiting for our refund we r waiting for our order one month than we cancel our order before 12 days we pay cash nd up now we r not getting Refund May they don’t like to running business even manager also carelessly our order every day we calling for our order nd now everyday we r calling for our refund
