Door installation: Paid my $50 on a Sunday, said someone would call for an appointment by Wednesday. No one called. I called the store, then someone had to call me back. Finally got an appointment range 3PM to 6PM on a Tuesday, not the day I wanted since they said the guy measuring the door only comes to certain locations on specific days. Rearranged my work schedule. On day of appoint at 4PM, scheduler called and said the guy couldn't make it, then they gave me a Friday appointment between 9AM and Noon, the day I wanted in the first place. At 9AM on the Friday, they called and said they couldn't do the appointment...

The worst experience. I think they are hiring their employees from the giant homeless camp next to the store. They got my order totally wrong and I had to contact corporate to fix it. Go to Loews or anyone else.

Waiting 20 minutes in a checkout line not acceptable.
