Home Services at The Home Depot

I've had a very bad and stressful experience with this Home Depot. I called to order carpet and vinyl flooring. I had a hard time getting anyone to call me back, the carpet was finally installed (wrongly) after a long time but the vinyl was delayed because the staff made a mistake in not doing just one order. So I was left waiting 6 weeks for my vinyl installation and was told it was going to be a certain price. I went through the measurement quote myself to verify I was getting charged correctly and found out they were charging me for 785 square feet of material when I only had 303 square feet of vinyl area I wanted done. I called to ask why that was wrong and the only answer I got was that it had something to do with the pattern of the vinyl. I called a different flooring contractor the
