The installers were on time, neat, tidy and polite. They did an excellent job. I was not happy that it took 1-1/2 mos to get product delivered. Making many calls and no updates was exasperating. Keeping customer updated would be appreciated.

Buyer beware! I received a quote for flooring for the purchase of the flooring and for the installation as well. In the store going over the quote, there were a number of up charges. When I first began my conversation, the Installation price was 249 a square foot as things went on it changed then it became 279 a foot but the real kicker was separate prices for moving everything $500 to move a cabinet that is so light it has nothing on it so we had to cut out a lot of expenses . The initial quote was almost $8000 in store. I got it down to 6100.. When they were calling to confirm with me, they told me that the molding that was ordered for my flooring didn’t match the flooring that it was a primed white, not the pinewood that would match my pinewood floor and I asked why would I order White

Ignore the complaints from religious terrorists posted here. My Home Depot visits have always been a positive, helpful experience... although they are desperately short of local contractors to do kitchen and bath fixture installs (or at least any they have the confidence to recommend so I did NOT deduct a star for that). As for the negative reviews about the fired proselytizer extremist, I guess he and those anonymous cowards missed civics and reality class. You do not need religion to have a great, diverse, strong, ethical, humanitarian nation OR individual. Religion is very personal to me and I would not want an employee shoving their particular fanatic beliefs down my throat by word or pin while I am shopping for nuts, bolts, and power tools so congratulations to Home Depot for preventi
