I have talked to a few local carpet stores and have been less than impressed. Just talked to Todd in carpeting here at Home Depot and he was so helpful answering all my questions. I will probably be back to use their services be cause of Todd's great customer service.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered 3000 sq ft of carpet for a project with my company. We ordered it for delivery and after the order was placed and processed we realized the delivery time was going to be slightly later than we needed it, so we changed it to pick up. After all the confusion of whether or not our 5 gigantic rolls of carpet were even here, the rep with the apron titled, "The Don", treated me like i was the biggest inconvenience he's ever had to deal with. After he couldn't figure out what was going on with my order, he sat back at his computer and started talking to another customer and completely ignored me. I went to the flooring department where a really nice woman helped me out and walked me through every step of loading up my order. She is the only reason
