Home Services at The Home Depot

I needed a window pane replaced in my home. I called. I was hung up on. Put on hold. Never given to the correct department. I’ve had a broken window since June 22 this is 8/27/22. What is wrong with people why do they not want to work! Then they want to charge you more than it cost you paid for the window pane for installation to put the thing in. What is this freaking world coming to. Get it together people! Come on get to work nothing is free! Do your job!

Appalling customer service and total lack consideration. Called around to local stores for a car detail cleaner to rent – over 30 minutes and multiple calls on-hold to get an answer “...with the store managers stepping in to assist!” I got through to three other stores in the area on the first call in minutes with answers and expected return times of units currently rented. Managers at this location were inept or apathetic at best!

I was at home depot last Friday and used my card for five time because it said declined but I was charged 5 times the lady in customer service said it’s pending and will go away and now it’s posted I need my money back

I like this store it's like it doesn't get old home remodeling and update at it's best can be found all around this store
