The floor manager at Home Depot was extremely helpful and patient. She also facilitated a discount for which I was very grateful. The measurement process went smoothly and the measurer took care to get the precise figures for a complex small job. The subcontractor that installed the carpet was also methodical and very knowledgeable.

Always good service even when the computers are slow. Purchase of the carpeting was good. A little confusing on making payment but with help of the staff was easy. Carpet was installed in a timely manner and I am happy with the results. Installer went over care of the carpet and was pleasent to talk to. Quality of the work is very good.

The contractor was very prompt, communicated extremely well. Showed up on time and did a truly excellent job. Overall, the experience was very pleasant, easy and I would highly recommend Home Depot in the future.

Loved the service provided by the installer Purist Plumbing. He was professional, efficient and clean which made the installation process a pleasure. However, It has now been close to two months and we have still not received a invoice from Home Depot, so not very impressed with that.

Kennedy Fuel came to my home for HVAC check. They were great. Cleaned off outside unit and cleaned and replaced inside filters in units.
