Communicsyion with some workers was difgicult, somr did not speak english. Workmanship errors were made and project management were not reasonable. Eventually the errors needed to be redone several weeks later. I would not have Home Depot do work again.

We had our heating system serviced through a great promotion Home Depot was offering. The price was great, the service was quick and efficient, and we were provided with information about future discounts through the program.

We have marks/spots on our rug. I called the next day after installation. I keep calling but get no response. I also have another rug with a stain and it’s supposed to be stain free. Again no response. I’ve called MULTIPLE times and emailed too.

Service people were professional and friendly. Work was well done and timely. When the price for the work was quoted i was told the pricing includes an inspection. Ive contacted the contractor several times. The inspection was never done.

Home Depot in Reading outsources a company called ACS (American Carpet South) based out of southern New Hampshire for carpet installations. If you purchase a carpet from Home Depot please find your own company to do the installation. ACS has been a complete nightmare to deal with. Their customer service is rude and untrustworthy. Their installers screwed up a job twice and three weeks later it still hasn't been fixed. I've had two different crews work on installation hoping it would be done right. None of them can speak English. After submitting a claim with Home Depot the first time, I never received a call back and I was forgotten about. Filed a second claim after the installation was done wrong again. Hoping Home Depot can do something about this immediately before I cancel and ask for
