Home Services at The Home Depot

I had wasted almost 3 days in this home depot to order my blinds and ended up cancelling it after had a worst experience and poor customer service, specifically from a person called Andrew (Department Head). He couldn't even understand my questions / concerns and not even ready to listen. Basically first i went to the store on Feb 22nd to request for a Blind measurement. On 26th the measurement was done. I went on the same night to order my blinds. The associate (Donna) ask me to wait for 10 minutes, ended up waiting for 1.5 hrs still she was busy with so many other tasks (looks likey the store doesn't employ many associates) and I left after wasting my 1.5 hrs for nothing. The associate called me back and apologize about the delay. So i went again after couple of days. After waiting 30

I love this Home Depot is very nice very friendly environment and employees are very helpful
