Home Services at The Home Depot

I picked up a 200 dollar tool bag and was immediately followed through the store for the next 30 mins while I finished shopping. Went to check out, only self checkout was open... nope, not today. I asked to be checked out. 5 store employees waiting outside the door after I paid. I understand protecting your business but I'll be shopping online now.

The staff was too busy to help me find the drywall patching kit I needed. I'm grateful for helpful customers.

I went there to find some brown gutter fixings they didn't have many of the things needed and you can never find anybody to talk to or ask questions when you do find them there are very knowledgeable but you can look up and down the aisles and not see anybody

This is my go-to spot for anything I need on home improvements. The store is kept fairly clean and the staff are very helpful. The last three times I've been their staff were able to quickly help me find what I was looking for when I was either unable to find it, or the location was not listed on the website. Inventory is kept restocked but I have noticed lately a bit more of empty boxes that have not been replenished or removed. I have been able to find all the items I need though. The paint department turns requests around really quickly. My complaint I would have with it though is that paint samples have gotten expensive and the size has shrunk a bit. Customer service is fairly responsive. I have had to wait for a few minutes before, but it was nothing that caused a problem.
