Awful experience trying to get an external door installed in our home. They measured wrong and when our door was delivered they just told us it wouldn’t fit and there was nothing they could do. Thanks for nothing! Super not helpful. They may respond with an e-form we can fill out with our grievances (we’ve done this), but they also don’t reply to that or have reached out to us at all to make it right. Go to Lowe’s.

I'm in here everyday picking up orders, customer service is always good. However, the older blue eyed lady has an attitude everytime. I ignore it but today was the last straw. Was waiting behind line for my turn and every employee states "I can help next customer" but she thought it'd be better to yell out "sir" in front of everyone to get me to go there 3 registers away. I get to her cashier register to give her my order number and immediately says "please stand over there" and points a foot away from where I was. Annoying and humiliating. If you can't do a simple task and be friendly to customers, don't put people like that at the front of the store where customers rely on good customer service. We had a good experience with Chelsea in flooring, however it was much more of a process trying to get our floors installed than they prepared us for. No one told us about us having to have our 7 yr old linoleum tested for asbestos which in turn delayed our install! We are also have loads of trouble taking to someone at home solutions, the contracting company who Home Depot works through. Their automated system is terrible. I would recommend finding somewhere else to have your floors done.

Flooring department has the worst staff that has no knowledge of How to install carpet or all the hidden fees
