If you are looking to purchase replacement windows and/or doors for your home...stay clear of Home Depot. A salesperson came to the house to provide an estimate. The salesperson was very nice, professional, knowledgeable...had no problems there. They were even able to match and beat a competitor's price. I was also sold on the fact that Home Depot offers a lifetime warranty, is a major company that has been around for decades, and wants your continued business...In other words, Home Depot will "do right" by me. I came to Home Depot to purchase an HVAC system for a new home I am building in the area. the first disappointment was that no one was available to discuss my needs or what HD had to offer. They took my name and said that someone would contact me. Several days later I got a call from some girl representing Hutchinson to setup an on site appointment. I explained that the house was under construction and access was limited. After a lot of to-do I agreeded to meet at the construction site. When the day of the meeting came and the hutchinson representative arrived there was no access just as I explained to the girl. The building was 11 ft in the air with no stairs or ladders. Looking to design a kitchen, designer standing there talking to another employee. We asked to get a design an told we had to make an appt. To come back at 430pm. She wasn't doing anything. Seems like no one wants to work at these stores. So the lost me $12,000 kitchen and we left.

You cant leave a bad review because a store isn't a contractor! All these 1 star reviews are just unintelligent people who don't know how to call an AC guy lol. Gonna leave a 5 star review to offset their ignorance.
