While the customer service agents that work behind the desks are nice and know what they're talking about, I have had two bad experiences while trying to get work done on my kitchen. First time - I needed new counter tops put in my kitchen. I got an estimate and then received a call from the installer to get it installed. After putting in the counter tops (minus the curved backsplash) he tells me that he can't do the backsplash and that it's be over $150 to add it in. He convinced me to leave it out because it wasn't in the original estimate and I didn't have the extra money. Second time - I decided to have the counter top backsplash part put in. I was told that there is a project minimum price and that they would charge me more than it's worth to get the thing added. I am selling the ho

Returns staff aren’t very helpful in clarifying questions. And I think ever since they’ve switched to their new system it’s only gotten worst. Lowe’s is only 2 minutes further of a drive for me, so I’ll be going there instead
