Home Services at The Home Depot

An employee named Todd who works in the plumbing department was extremely helpful when I had numerous questions about installing a toilet myself. He explained the different products and how to go about it all. I can't thank him enough for making my project go so smoothly....its nice to see employees who know what they are talking about and make you feel confident.

We set an appointment, we get there a few minutes early, our agent is on the phone, before she hangs-up, another person comes up to her desk and sits down. Our appointment time comes and goes. Finally I asked her when she would see us, as it was already 15 minutes past our appointment time, she rudely responded that appointments aren't a guarantee and if I wanted a kitchen I would have to sit and wait until she was ready! We promptly left and have since not returned to the store. Guess they don't care about a high dollar kitchen remodel.
