Chris and Tyler did an excellent job at rebuilding our basement stairs. Not only were they timely and professional but they were also so friendly and asked us along the process if their vision matched what we wanted and what was going to work best for us. I wish I had before pictures of our stairs but unfortunately I forgot to take any so... picture walking down attic stairs or a fireman's ladder while also trying to carry things into a basement. I'll preface this review by saying the actual work was well done - Chris, Caiden, and Tyler were professional, friendly, and cleaned up every day. (Except for the first demo day lol I was cleaning up dust for weeks after) Management on the other hand made our experience pretty frustrating. Tom was relatively communicative, but we found our 4-8 day project turn into 4-5 weeks, after waiting months for them to come after taking the first half of the payment. While working on the project, our quote doubled with an addition to the project that we discussed from the beginning and were already quoted for. When discussing what we could do to get the quote down, we were told they didn't itemize specific parts of the project, so they couldn't tell us how to lower costs. Not very open to negotiatio

These guys did a great job! I had purchased supplies to rebuild my porch railing and my builder never showed up. These gentlemen squeezed in my small project very quickly. They used my materials, it looks great and the laborer was so very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend!

If you are a carpenter, and you have a business stating you do remodeling and other carpentry work; you should not turn down carpentry work involving wood that just needs measuring, cutting, and replaced. Stating "we do not do that kind of work" is ridiculous for someone in business for EXACTLY that kind of work, no matter what/where it is located.

The work was done to my specifications. They were courteous , My room was spotlessly clean when they left.
