This is the second home we’ve gotten leaf guard gutters on through HSI. From the customer service, to the salesman and technicians, everyone is so nice and professional. We opted in for the dark gutters, they had a few different color options. The neighbors also complimented how good the gutters looked! Great experience overall and will always recommend.

From the salesman who compared whether I needed one side or both sides of my house done and the ease of doing it later based on want vs need, to the delivery agent who answered my questions concerning installation given on-site erosion, and the installers who even came back another day just to install drain tile adapters when i mentioned i was going to have it to deal with my erosion, even though i didn’t have that information on hand at the time the original order was placed, which was why it wasn’t on the truck in the first place, service was too notch. Home Solutions of Iowa did an awesome job replacing my roof! Their office staff is pleasant to work with and helped me set up time for an estimate. Sam arrived on time and spent quite a bit of time examining my roof in detail looking for damaged areas and measuring for an accurate bid cost. He then spent time with me going over all of his data and the options for different shingles and other materials. He had a bid estimate for me that same day. When I signed the contract for the work the communication with me was regular and they let me know what to expect. When the crew arrived they were prompt and courteous and began work immediately. The project supervisor gave me regular updates on the work as it was happening. The crew were respectful of my property and did an excellent job of clea
