I contacted Hometech after noticing a leak in my roof. In a very stressful situation in our life, where we had to travel overseas for a health situation with our parent, having this company deal with the roof situation was a lifesaving experience. We were traveling in 3 days and they took care of the roof leak the day they arrived. They filed the claim with the insurance. As we left they met the adjuster, send all the necessary documentation, replaced the roof, gutters and downspouts. They kept us informed throughout the whole process. Our neighbor, a retired engineer that was the point of access, said that in his 40 years experience in projects, he had never seen such professional, and efficient group of people. I spoke with Katie at the office, who is also one of the owners, and she had a crew out within 24 hours to do a full inspection. They found blown-off shingles that I couldn’t see from the ground. They shared detailed photos, helped me file an insurance claim, and it was approved for a full roof replacement and interior repairs. I only paid my deductible. The work was scheduled quickly and completed within 30 days. The cleanup was excellent—no nails left behind and no dust inside. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our experience with Hometech! We knew our roof had been beat up for awhile, so we contacted Hometech for help. They sent Samier out and he helped us file a claim. Once we got approved, in no later than 2 weeks we had a new roof, gutters, and windows thanks to them. I wasn’t expecting so much to be covered, but I’m so happy because our home looks amazing.
