If I could give 20 stars I would!! We were searching for a company to pour a cement floor, place pavers on top for an outdoor shower. I cannot believe the quotes we were receiving for this job. I was so frustrated and kept searching. Called Home to Home, Sam came up that day, gave us a quote that was exactly what we expected to pay! Hired him on the spot. He arrived with his crew the next week, as scheduled and on time. What a beautiful job. Our deck stairs we installed improperly, less than 2 years old and they were sagging on one side, they rocked badly. The previous installer never put cement under the footings. Let me start by saying I wish we had the option of no stars because that is what I would like to give this company. I had a horrible experience. In 2022, Sammy the contractor gave me a quote with a ten year labor guarantee to resurface/refinish the pavers on my patio. The job was very poorly done. He came back twice in 2022 to try and fix the issue but never did so. Then in 2023, I asked him to come back again because the sand between the pavers just kept coming up. He told me it was an issue he had with the supplier who did not give him the right sealant and so did nothing to fix the issue last year. This year he came back in May and did even a worse job than the first time. He stained the pavers, put sand down and then sealed the pavers but did not protect my vinyl fence, the fence aroun
