Great experience with Homeaglow. The cleaner arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left my home spotless. You can tell them how and where to clean. Booking was easy and the pricing was clear, you can use app to adjust your booking and text to the same cleaner if you satisfied. The price is very cheap consider to hire someone in private and pay higher price. I would use the service again.

Service done by Delyjajuan was wonderful, amazing, respectful and thorough! I can't express high enough praise for Delyjajuan. I was in the middle of moving out of my house and panicked over not being ready for cleaning. He 100% understood and worked with me without complaint!!! I didn't expect such kindness, but he put my needs and feelings first! He went above and beyond to ensure my home was SPOTLESS and not rushed, even after I changed his schedule. I couldn't be happier with the job he did; let alone his understanding patience and professionalism. Best booking and cleaning ever!

Where do I begin Of what a bad experience I’ve had with this company! So I’ll start With what happened! So I thought I would try this as they were only $19 for cleaning granted I got a feeling that $19 may have been the initial cleaning and then they would up the price from there! But I wanted to give them a try! So I set up a lifetime account big mistake! The pricing structure is a little confusing, depending on what Package you choose depends on the monthly amount. OK fine I get that.! But here is where all went wrong when I set up my account, I chose a standard cleaner! Now mind you they give you Three different options of days and times that would be good for you so I chose them anywhere from Saturday to Tuesday! So A standard cleaner accepted my Tuesday slot! DONT USE THEM I went online because I was sick and needed help and I thought the terms and conditions looked a little weird so I deleted it. Somehow they saved. And I got a call from home aglow and a first I didn’t answer, but they call again and I call back because they left a message. The person was very nice. Her name was Emily and her presentation.let me tell you was excellent she text me the information and we did it together set up the date and time, said I could reach her at this number, that was a lie when you call, it a recording saying this 1 is customer service and ring 3 times and hang up , I said maybe it me did it again. Try to text nothing. No show up no call me and the sad thing is I trusted took all the rugs out to air waited and waited and waited, and nothing no one showe
