Shaun with Home Bridge Inspections is great! He is very experienced, knowledgeable and professional. He is up to date on the residential codes for homes. He communicated everything well and throughout the inspection. By the end he can verbally tell you the higher risks items that need to be addressed and then sends a copy of the full report within 3 hrs. He is very good. I would definitely refer Shaun to anyone who needs a home inspection!

Shaun is a great home inspector. I'm buying my first house, and I already feel safer about my purchase. I appreciate that after he thoroughly inspected the house, he was willing to go over every issue he found and an overview of the systems installed in the house that I should pay specific attention to as I get moved in. We are buying a new construction home in Tacoma while we are out of state. Our direct purchase from a builder meant we did not have a realtor to represent us.
