I have two velvet sofas that had a few stains and was not able to find anyone willing to come and clean them. Jeff sent his technician Markendy and he did a remarkable job! The sofa is literally look brand new. He took his time and gave them a great deal of attention. I couldn’t be happier! I highly, highly recommend this company!

Fabricare is amazing - always responsive and they do great work. Whether your dog has thrown up on a sisal rug or little kids dragged mud onto a runner - they will clean anything and do it with care. I don’t know what I’d do without them!

On a scale of 5, my experience with HomeCare was a 10! I just moved into the Norwalk area and needed my new drapes pressed because they were extremely wrinkled when they arrived. I found HomeCare online and called them for a quote. They put me to Ubaldo, who assured me that they could help me with pressing the drapes. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that pick up and delivery were at no charge. He actually took down the drapes for me! It turns out that the fabric was wrinkled beyond help. Ubaldo actually sent me videos to show what they did to try to get the wrinkles out, but the material was the problem. He delivered them back to me the next day and although I offered to pay for the pressing, he would not charge me for anything because they were unable to press them to their high st

I had a most pleasant experience with Mark, the highly skilled fabric cleaner extraordinaire at Fabric Care Cleaners. My 6 year old son loves to watch TV in our suede swivel chairs and sadly they were pretty stained. Mark was able to have the chairs look brand new in no time! I’m very happy with the job and I will definitely use Fabric Care again for my household fabric cleaning needs.
