I spent nearly two years planning out my kitchen remodel and speaking with contractors. Ultimately, I chose Home Comfort Depot based on the positive reviews I read on Google. To our misfortune, we had no experience like any I read. The communication from the owner was subpar at best. I should have known I was in for a rough experience when I received a text letting me know they were starting on Monday morning when they were due to start a week later. My husband and I scrambled to get everything out of the kitchen so not to inconvenience them. Per the owner, he is now completed the job. However, we have a drawer that was installed backwards (and confirmed by the manufacturer), a drawer that was installed in the wrong location (although he continues to gaslight saying we told him to place

I hired Mali and his team to remodel my outdated kitchen. It was a complete demolition. I wanted an open concept look which required tearing down a wall. From start to finish (9 DAYS!!!), it was smooth sailing. The communication was great throughout the project and the team was professional and neat overall. We were so impressed with the finished project and could not believe it was the same space. We are so please with the final outcome. We could not be happier with the bathroom renovation that Mali and his team at Home Comforts Depot did in our house. They converted our 1 full bathroom upstairs into 2 full bathrooms by creatively using our extra closet space and placing a new closet in another part of our bedroom. Now we have a full bathroom for guests and a full en-suite bathroom.
