Appreciated the calls to know they were on their way. Free inspection of roof leak issue, inspector answered my questions. Same day proposal estimate shared electronically and repair time scheduled. Repair crew were late by about an hour but with many wind related repairs in the area this week and an afternoon scheduled start time that felt reasonable. Repair crew were polite and cheery. Same day as repair invoice/bill shared electronically with photos of the work done on my roof and accepted types of payment listed.

From the very start honest and respectful and answered any questions I had. Great experience with this company.
