Excellent experience from start to finish. I contacted them when my furnace failed and they responded immediately. Gregory took his time to ensure he did the repair excellently. He then explained later what the problem was and what caused the sprayer nozzle to corrode. That was good! Overall a great experience. I contacted Hayes Heating and Cooling to have some general maintenance on my HVAC system done. The person I spoke with was very helpful and offered me multiple times that day for a technician to come out. He also upsold me on an annual contract that I had to sign immediately. Unfortunately, the technician never appeared and TWO HOURS after the appointed time and after several phone calls, I was finally informed the technician went home and nobody was available that day. We rescheduled. At the rescheduled time, I called again to make sure someone would be coming out. I was told no, there was no technician available even though I had an appointment and the earliest they could send someone out would be NEXT WEEK. I have now rearranged my work schedule twice and taken leave for work that has n
