Had an issue with the septic smelling very strong by the tank and aerator so I texted them and they had someone come out the next day. They did a full inspection and service and found multiple problems and were able to fix everything. They also determined that some issues were caused by high sludge level and needed pumping ASAP, which the company I contract with never mention in their last inspection just 2 months ago. I was able to get it pumped and they were right, no more problems. Customer service (both office and technicians) is amazing and I will be switching to them for my service contract from now on.

We've used B&J for many years and have always been pleased with the service received. Now that our system is older and needs repairs, we are even more impressed. They came out same day and fixed the problem quickly. Techs were professional and courteous.

Awesome service!!! Very nice gentlemen! Showed up on time and ready to clean out our septic system for exactly the price quoted! They dug a foot or so and put it back! I’m sure it will look better after it rains. Very friendly and quick! I was surprised by how well it was handled and so swiftly! They had long lines so even having to go almost a half acre into my property they did not drive on the grass which I very much appreciated! No mess on my driveway either from their truck, in and out as if they were never here! They emptied 2 conventional septic tanks for us completely in about 30 minutes. Thank you very much! You’ll definitely be my first call when we need help again. ☺️

We had a great experience with B & J Wakefield Services. Hermilo replaced our septic pump and took the time to explain what he was doing and why, answering all of our questions clearly. The crew was on time, professional, and super friendly throughout the job. Everything was done efficiently and the area was left tidy. We’d happily call them again and highly recommend their services!

Been working with B&J Wakefield for over 15 years - grateful for their design, instalation, repairs and advice over all these years. Just had another pump-out done and Dustin was so kind, professional, helpful and fast!! Wouldn't reccomend anyone else besides these guys!!
