I always love HomeGoods. Lots to see and the employees are nice. If you see something you like, take it because it may not be there tomorrow! Merchandise changes all the time and this location just had a remodel. It looks great! Tons of Halloween at the moment!

Store was filled LOVED THAT PART but this is my third time coming to this location and the bathrooms are always unclean. Please fix this. I know there is always someone with no manners but the bathrooms should be checked at least every 2-3hrs.

So i absolutely love Home Goods! One of my favorite stores to shop at since I just purchase a home in the area. Can’t leave out of here without spending hundreds of dollars every month. But the cleanliness of the store is very disappointing. Cluttered aisles, spills and spider webs at the back where the curtains are, dusty decor, decor and pictures stacked up in cornered, & ceilings brown and drooping in certain spots, and the carts are always so dirty. We shop here for a pleasurable experience but with these issues it makes a person not want to shop here at all.

I am very frustrated and angry with the HomeGoods store at the Olive Branch location. The issue is that I bought a white console $299 and paid for it yesterday. But when I came to pick it up today, the staff had already sold it to someone else. They just said they were sorry and refunded my money, without caring at all about how I felt It was an item my wife really liked. She had gone with me to many stores searching for it, and finally, she found it. She was so happy because today she had prepared everything to set it up with that console. She stayed home waiting… and this is how it ended.

I just love this store because you never know what you will find. They often have very unique items, so don't think you will come back later to find a unique item. You will come back and find it gone! lol. The prices are not always the greatest; however, they are usually reasonable. This is a Thomasville planter I purchased from HomeGoods. Most people who love plants and see it, love it!
