Excellent and Thorough Home Inspection! We had our home inspection yesterday, July 29th, and were extremely impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail. LOUIE IS PHENOMENAL to say the absolute least. He is beyond thorough and truly treats a home like it’s his own. He explains everything, he is completely honest, he is completely upfront. I’m going to be completely honest & sincere myself and say this, and I know the economy that we live in, but knowing what I know now after my inspection, I would’ve paid double the money that I did for Louie. He is a complete professional. He is a complete breath of fresh air and I fully recommend him to anybody.

Manny did an amazing job with the inspection for our potential house.. he found tons of little things that I, as a first time home owner, would not have even thought to check. He has a great attention to detail and explained everything to us as he performed the inspection. He also provided a detailed report that outlined everything in very simple terms, easy to understand even for someone who is not intimately familiar with details about each of the things reported. Beyond that he is super approachable and was able to answer any questions we had. I cannot recommend Homeguard enough and will be using them for all future home purchases!
