My heart is lighter! Hired the team for a family member’s deep clean. I was so pleased with the service and the team’s attention to detail. Professional. Kind. And so helpful. My family member hadn’t had anyone in her home for professional cleaning in 45 years and I decided with my brothers that it was time! Our priorities were the floors, bathrooms and 1970s kitchen, with original appliances. They cleaned all of this and so much more. Even the walls were sparking. We would highly recommend this amazing company. They even made some suggestions to my family member, who asked about the products they used. They even suggested she run certain items through the dishwasher. I had connected with the owner, Brandi, in the past - so she was my first call for this project.

Call them! You won't be sorry. I called 5 cleaning services for a quote and Homemaid is the only one who answered or returned my phone call. That was the start of my good experience. After discussing my needs, I was able to secure an appointment without a long wait. Another point for Homemaid Cleaning. The cleaning technicians were all pleasant and hard working. The finishing tough is that my mom's house is now a pleasant environment. I would highly recommend their services.

We have done business with Homemaid twice, once for a moving clean and once for a standard clean. The technicians did wonderful work both times. We were extremely impressed by the results of the clean on our old kitchen appliances (inside and out) during the moving clean. For the standard clean, the technician was kind and thorough, and we were thrilled with the quality of services. Thank you, Homemaid, for simplifying life and allowing us to enjoy our family time without the worry of cleaning. It’s a real treat when we choose to make the call!

No show, TWICE! Wish I could give minus stars! My daughter purchased a 4 hour cleaning gift certificate for my September birthday. It is now April so that right there tells you this was not a good experience. I originally booked the cleaning for November before Thanksgiving as I was having out of town family coming in so thought it a great way to get my home in tip top shape. I took a vacation day from work, moved furniture and Knick knacks so the crew could access the spots I wanted them to concentrate on. They were a total no show. No call, no messages, no emails….I finally called and left a message and they finally got back to me saying they could not make it. Homemaid was recommended to us by our neighbors and we can’t stress enough how pleased we’ve been with everything from the cleaning service itself to Brandi’s prompt communication. It’s very clear that Brandi trains her staff to pay attention to details when cleaning client homes. I was able to get a quick glimpse of a new hire being trained on kitchen cleaning while at my home and I was incredibly impressed with how Brandi was explaining everything.
