We are absolutely thrilled about Roman. He was extremely quick to respond to request for help and he arrived the next morning. He discovered the problem with our gas oven within minutes and was able to fix it that morning. He was also very acquainted with the problem with our ice maker and was also able to order the part and fix it in a very timely manner. Very professional, efficient and very reasonably priced. Arrived in a very timely manner. Within a few hours of me making the call. Although he spoke very little English he had a translator on his phone which made it effortless to communicate. Our washing machine was fixed and back to doing laundry in practically no time. I highly recommend their services.
