First, the appointment-making was easy, and HomeSafe was able to get a technician to my house quite quickly. Elijah, the technician, was very cordial and thorough. He did a great job of troubleshooting and fixing my dryer vent issue (not thoroughly drying my clothes in a timely manner). He clearly explained the problem and provided pictures and options. I was glad to see that he was not pushy at all. After deciding which options to go with, he completed the work and made sure that his work area was cleaned. Do not hesitate to use Home safe! Upon arrival my tech had the little booties on to protect the floors. He explained everything he was going to do & show me pictures of what the problem was in great detail that I could understand. He did such a wonderful job cleaning the vents. I am so glad I reached out to HomeSafe for my dryer vent cleaning needs. I had been having an issue with my dryer not completely dry my clothes. It took about two or three cycles for my clothes to NOT come out damp. Initially I reached out to the company using the chat feature. Don't remember which platform Google (?) Nextdoor (?) In any case, I set my appointment and Justin came out to resolve my issue. He took his time to problem-solve the issue with my dryer appliances as well as the infrastructure of the ventilation. I had a nasty situation with the dryer vent. I had two other dryer vent companies come to inspect but they couldn’t resolve the issue. One recommended HomeSafe. I am so glad that they did. Ozzy showed up and thoroughly investigated the situation and presented two options. We decided to change the vent location and made the vent pipe from 21. Feet to 5 feet. I would highly recommend this company if you’re looking for a dryer vent cleaning. This was my first time using this company. But they by far exceeded my expectations. They were Very commutative. Charlie called approximately 15 to 20 minutes before he arrived, which was helpful for me to put my dog away. My main concern was the vent going to the outside of my house from my dryer. But Charlie went above and beyond and checked the heating element inside the dryer and make sure that was good, he also checked for any leakage in my washer hoses, checked the attic as well as the roof. He was able to spot the issue and got it fixed right away. He showed me pictures of everything along the way and the before and after pictures are amazing!!
