My experience with HomeServe was stress free, from Harold the salesman expediting my order and installation and getting me approved. Put me top priority for my service, heater went and was out of heat for 5 days with these weather conditions. Zack Jones and his crew was very professional and worked very hard in these extreme conditions an had me up and run faster then I thought it would take. Thanks HomeServe for an amazing experience! Amazing prompt service. I called with a problem with my heater & a delightful young man came in the timeframe they had told me & he fixed it with a new motor. Great service, so happy we have been a customer for years

Update: To provide a fair follow-up, the company ultimately came back and fully repaired the issue. While I would have preferred that it had been resolved correctly during one of the earlier visits, I do appreciate that they stuck with it and stood behind their service until it was fixed. In particular, Steve and Rick were great to work with — professional, responsive, and committed to getting it resolved. The professional and knowledgeable technicians Dante and Curtis built my heater , air conditioner in one day was impressive.I appreciate those two gentleman. If I could I would give them 10 stars. And Harold the salesman who came to my house was knowledgeable and experienced. He was respectful. He spoke so my wife and I understood all about the heater , air conditioner and thermostat. What a team ! Thank you guys and to the people in the office for your speedy scheduling. My air conditioner broke down on Saturday. we got an appointment on Monday and our heater and air conditioner was installed on Thursday 5 days turn around. Home Serve came right out when out heat broke. The tech was VERY knowledgeable and proficient. We were up and running in no time. My husband likes to watch things get repaired and he was patient and kind enough to explain everything to him. We are very happy we have Home Serve.
