We hired this inspector and trusted him to do a thorough job. Unfortunately, several major issues were completely missed, and it has now cost us a significant amount of money out of pocket. One of the most obvious problems — a missing exterior shutter allowing water to enter the home — was overlooked, and we’re now dealing with water intrusion because of it. What’s even more disappointing is the lack of accountability. My wife reached out to discuss these concerns, and he would not return her call. That level of unresponsiveness after being paid for a professional service is unacceptable. A home inspection is supposed to give buyers peace of mind. Instead, we were left with expensive repairs and no follow-up. I would strongly recommend others look elsewhere for a more thorough and respon
