Amazing company- as a designer, I know exactly what the quality & lead times are all the time. They are not afraid to do custom designs so I can fulfill my clients wishes. They stand by their products and their word.

I ordered a custom buffet piece. It has three cabinets and three drawers. When the installer was putting it in place, I noticed there were no holes in the cabinets for the pegs to hold the shelves. That was probably because there were no shelves. Every single cabinet had a little blue sticky note that said "Quality Check" with every box - including "Shelves" checked by someone with initials "MOP" or "MJP" (it is hard to tell). Seriously? How many people order cabinets without shelves. SO, weeks later the shelves were shipped and someone had to come out and drill the peg holes. This process took two hours of my time. The thing that irritated me the most though? Not once did I get even so much as a "I'm sorry for your inconvenience". Not once.

Pretty neat operation with the urban salvage. I love their work.
