I would like to share my experience with this vendor. I signed up for the pest control program about 2 weeks ago. The technician that showed up to the property was STONED I wondered how was he able to drive let along apply a high pressure treatment on CDA lines without having the right fittings. The technician was not able to successfully apply the treatment from the outside port. Then he proceeded to wanting spray inside and spraying the inside with and outside treatment. I call the office they said 1 application wouldnt harm but if they continue to spray could have negative impact on human health. I immediately asked to cancel the service the apologized and said they would cancel the service at no charge. Few weeks go by they sent me a bill for $88 saying that i needed to pay fo

Carlos is phenomenal. He always goes above the call to ensure we're well taken care of. REAL customer service is unfortunately a lost art but Carlos gets it and is a prime example of the kind of people you WANT working for you. Keep him at all costs!
