I’ve been with HomeTeam Pest Defense for over 20 years, and their service has consistently been outstanding. Appointments are fully automated and seamless—I receive a call and voicemail each quarter, a reminder the day before, and even a call from the technician about 30 minutes before arrival. That level of communication makes everything easy and stress-free. Over the years, I’ve met many different technicians, and every one of them has been cheerful, courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They always take the time to ask about any specific issues so they can address them properly. If I ever need them to come back between regular visits, scheduling is quick and easy. Services were great for our new build home for the spring and summer. Would not recommend the company due to poor communication and dishonesty. I called in to cancel services we didn’t need them anymore for the season and was told the cancellation request was sent to management and remaining charges would come out on the auto pay. 3 months later I get letters and texts from a collection agency saying I had an outstanding balance of the amount the was not communicated when I called in to stop services. I paid the amount with home team over the phone and ended up getting refunded the amount but it STILL went to collections. Shady stuff wouldn’t recommend.

Always friendly and professional. Arrive on time and are thorough inside and outside service. The Tech Andrew was friendly and polite, he is an Asset to the Home Pest Defense organization.

Service technician was Christian. Extremely helpful and customer service oriented. Briefed us thoroughly on everything he did and made sure we weren’t having any other recurring pest issues. Made sure we knew that we could call anytime we needed them to come back for any problems before our next quarterly service. Very satisfied with this service. Please give Christian a raise!!!

My tech , Kirk, was very knowledgeable and helpful on troubleshooting my issue with ants. He is a true professional in his trade, Torri was also very helpful. I have signed up for the quarterly service since the prices are reasonable.
