We have had Home Team Pest Defense for many years . Their technicians and customer service staff are great. I can call them with a problem and they usually have my technician out the same day. I say my technician because Charlotte has been doing our service for a long time. She knows our property and does a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company.

It appears that the bait stations were removed prior to the stated contract expiration. Additionally, it seems that the service team did not fill the holes with dirt, contrary to the information provided in a letter from your company. The letter is definitely misleading. I understand that this situation may not be critical, but I would like to express my appreciation for the service I have received from your company over the years. However, the recent customer service from your office has been quite unsatisfactory. I acknowledge that my contract has been canceled, or rather, that it was stated "to have expired".

Travis and Ian were both wonderful!!! They were very professionl, knowledgeable and thorough. Robin was very good at following through with appointments and assisting with any questions. Home Team is very fortunate to have these dedicated employees and I am very fortunate to have them on my team!!! Thank you for a job well done!!!
