I have been a customer with Hometeam since 2019. No issues, service was always on time and the employees a pleasure to work with. However, this past Friday, they sent a representative to my house to do an inspection for termites.He gave me the horror stories of his vast termite experience. The encounter seemed odd, because Massey already does my termite service and they were just serving my home last month. The Hometeam rep presented me with a proposal to have them set termite traps with an additional charge to inspect them once a month The initial charge was $999.99, but since I was an existing customer, that fee would be 799.99, with an additional $59 per month to inspect the traps. Our tech Chris is awesome. He is super professional. Chris always checks to see if everything is going well both inside and outside the home. Chris points out any potential issues and offers great solutions. I'm very happy with the service provided.

Abigail is a very pleasant and engaging customer representative. She also responds to questions promptly and follows up on any concerns. On the whole, Abigail is great to deal with and I’m fully confident that she prioritizes customer satisfaction. Our service technician, Noe, is very polite and patiently answered my questions.
