While the company is good, my service technician in Mt Pleasant, SC was fantastic. Mikey went above and beyond every visit. He was also there within a day or two at most if I so much as saw a bug. Mikey’s is friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. If you use Home team in that area, be sure to request Mikey.

Britanny was awesome. She communicated her arrival time and was very prompt. She answered all our questions and was very professional as well as personable. I feel very comfortable with her handling our prst control.

Have been with HomeTeam for many years, and have never had an issue. If for any reason I see a bug inside, which has been years since that has happened, but when it did happen, they came out and retreated, and problem was solved. The communication with the tech and when he is coming out is awesome! He is always on time, and asks if I want the inside of the garage sprayed… so I will remember to open the garage to allow him to spray. There are a lot of companies out there, and for all I know, could be less expensive… but Home Team has done such a great job, I don’t even entertain quotes from anyone else.

I have received service quarterly for the last 3yrs. I have always received polite and professional service. They are respectful, letting me know ahead of time when they plan service. Updates when done mindful of my animals (30 min wait) and lock the gate when leaving. Thank you!!!
