It’s unfortunate that I’m having to write this, as I don’t like leaving negative reviews and I genuinely tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt. Even seeing the 4.9 stars and many great reviews, my experience with HomeTeam Pest Defense has consistently been disappointing. We’ve been with them for almost two years and the same issues kept repeating: not notifying us before coming, missing scheduled appointments entirely, technicians showing up 30+ minutes after the two-hour arrival window, and the biggest frustration, leaving cobwebs and cocoons all over our pool cage after specifically requesting they be cleaned. We’ve even scheduled additional visits solely to address the cage, yet each time we were left with visible webs and cocoons. After our most recent quarterly servic

The person sent was punctual and professional he cleaned off most of the webs where I had pointed them out. I was disappointed that one bedroom window had several large nests on the glass behind the screen and he sprayed stuff but said they do not clean them off after. I am not able to do it myself and we are leaving in a few hours so it can only be cleaned when we return on 6 months so by then will probably have been treated again and I cannot give a review of how effective the treatment was. Right now many blobs still there. The light fixtures outside the garage is home still to about 14 nests each and at this time again I cannot tell if the treatment was effective or not. If I wasn't home and saw the guy I would say nothing is changed.

HomeTeam Pest Defense was very patient with us. They listened to our issues and explained their process. We received our paperwork promptly and they came out the next day and did a good job. I especially appreciate the fact they brush the cob webs off the soffits. I highly recommend them and as a Realtor will be recommending them to my customers in the future.

We’ve been with Hometeam for over 2 decades and they’ve always been very responsive. Whenever we needed special attention, Jeff , our regular service man always went the extra mile! We’re sad to hear that he’s retiring but wish him well!!
