We have been a HTPD customer for over 10 years now. Having moved to this area from Northern VA, we know the company to be reliable and providing the same technicians to treat our home there. It started that way here, we had a steady and awesome Technician once we moved down to NC; however, for the past few years, that service has begun to fracture. In particular, we've had about 4 Technicians in just the past two years. With each new Technicians, we have to go over the details of treatment. In addition, their prices have changed dramatically for us, going from $106 per quarter, to now $126 per quarter in just one year! We do understand that people can choose to leave a company and go elsewhere and prices (perhaps due to inflation) can gradually rise. But to us, the distinction of servic

Manny was thorough and very friendly. I have been impressed with all my interactions with him and with the tech who came to the house. The tech took time to explain everything he would do to insure I understood. I highly recommend them!

"I called on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, to report that I discovered ants in my shower stall. The nice lady on the phone scheduled Alan Bryant to come out on Thursday, March 5. Alan came out, inspected my shower stall and the entire exterior of my house and placed a gel like substance in different areas. By nightfall, no ants! Today, Friday, March 6, still no sign of ants. I would not recommend this company based on what I believe to be poor results of services. We had to call several times pertaining to Spiders outside around the gutters, front door and around the base of the house. We also had Carpenter Ants and other bugs inside the house. The tech that serviced our house was very nice and came out when I needed him but told me to call him directly instead of and not the office. Unfortunately now when you say you’re complaining about the service to the office , they can say you never called in to report any insect activity. I end up buying my own insect spray to take care of Spiders. I should have been calling the office every week to complain and have them come out but I felt, why do I want people coming out continually the can’t do the job correctly th

We had a wonderful experience with HomeTeam Pest! They actually came a day early because they had availability and were in the area to start our services. They were super helpful, and most of all not pushy.I highly recommend their services!
