At first they were great. However, two issues arose. I received a bill for a service. I thought it was odd because they usually ring my doorbell to gain access to my rear yard due to my gate being locked. I reviewed my home security cameras for the time the bill stated that tech was at my home. No pest control truck ever arrived that day. I gave them the benefit of a doubt and went further in time forward and backwards on my home security cameras. Still no home pest control truck the entire day or night. I Contacted their HQ in Winston. They had a supervisor/manager call me back. He said he would check the techs gps, but was sure the tech showed up. He said he would verify and call me back. Since I did not hear from the supervisor/manager the first week I called HQ again and terminated m

Signing for the Home Team pest control package was an excellent decision. Lloyd did our start up treatment . He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Before he started he explained everything that he was going do. When he finished he covered the issues that he had noticed and what he did to correct them . Then he told us how to contact him if we had any questions or issues after he was gone. We are confident that Lloyd did and will continue to do an excellent job of protecting our home.

I called for pest control service. Would not give me a price without getting all of my information. Then someone had to come out for an inspection. Tried to tell me what pest I had. Tried to say German roaches which are typically higher costs. I have woods roaches. She customer rep at the first office cut me off when she was transferring me. The 2nd lady was not the least bit nice. I would not like to have to speak with her if I was having a problem. Somehow I bet my problem would not be covered and there would probably be a charge. I gave them a 3 for new customer experience.

Andrew is the best! He has taken care of our home for the past three years and we’ve had a great experience. He is friendly, courteous, and professional. It’s clear that he wants to provide the best service possible. Highly recommend!
