Overall extremely happy with the service we received. Our AC unit wasn’t turning on over the weekend so we scheduled an appointment for the following business day between 8-11am. Our technician, Hunter, arrived around 8:20 and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I received a call 10 minutes before his arrival to let me know he was on the way which gave me time to get the dog put away. Hunter immediately got to work to figure out what was wrong with our system and the problem was fixed within the hour. I love having a local company that provides good service with good employees.

Hunter was great! Explained everything, they had the part at homebase so he just had to go back and forth 30min each way but he arrived at 9am and the job to diagnose and the job was done by 11am. He was professional, knowledgeable, and good communication skills. Another company quoted me a way higher price and Hometown saved me about $5-600. Thank you guys!

Harrison and crew at Hometown Heating and AC were really great to work with. Harrison was a great communicator, answered all our questions and explained things about the new heat pump we were considering, and offered a quality product for competitive price. Installation went super smoothly, and they were able to reconnect a collapsed duct in a really tight spot. The guys were really courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended.
