Had my furnace serviced for the season and the technician found a cracked heat exchanger and carbon monoxide leak. They got us a furnace the next day and installed it by lunch time the next day saving our holiday and possibly our lives. We loved hometown before this but this is just another example of how thorough and dependable they are. Pricing service and timing were all perfect as always!!! Thank you guys again!!!!

This is the second time I have used Hometown. Customer service is great. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The tech was very thorough finding the cause of our furnance not shutting off. He explained the problem and the repair. I feel they are very trust worthy and would not hesitate to call them in the future. Thank you Hometown team!

I called these folks on Wednesday, they sent a Technician out next morning at 8:45 am. Customer service was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The Tech. George, seemed to be very knowledgeable himself. He replaced my filters, tuned up my furnace which increased the performance significantly. He was very pleasant, and patient with any question I had, and considerate not to track snow across my kitchen floor on his way to the basement. Very fair priced, and he also signed me up to get a $65 tax rebate due to me signing up for their yearly tune-up program. Very good experience overall, and Hometown Heating is my new and future Heating and Cooling Company.

I woke up this morning to our furnace not working. Having two babies in the house, this was definitely a high priority to me. I called around 8am and was given an estimate of 12pm-3pm. Our technician was there by 12:10, finished the job by 1:00, and even gave my husband a few tips for the future. I am incredibly impressed and grateful to have a warm home again.

Adam is just fantastic! Installed a new motor and was in and out in less than an hour from pulling in, diagnosing the problem, had a new motor in the truck and installed it, cleaned up everything and pulling out! I first called at 3 AM and by 5:30 AM he had come and gone. It would have been sooner, but I forgot I had my phone on do not disturb for the night and missed his call back for a half hour. The coldest night in seven years and I had to call him out! I am so sorry, but I am so grateful that you rescued me.
