Technician arrived on time, he was organized and prepared for the annual servicing. He described what work would be carried out, and referenced last years work order to ensure we were pleased with the work carried out previously. He asked if there were any problems or concerns that should be addressed during this servicing. This technician is an excellent representative for the company.

Our furnace was leaking water internally but still provided heat. We booked an appt for service. We were treated professionally and they were on time as scheduled. They were fast, efficient and affordable. Highly recommend!

Recently installed a 3 tonne Carrier heat pump and air handling unit with a Ecobee thermostat. From start to finish Hometown heating was the most professional with attention to detail in helping up install a qualified HVAC system for the Oil to Heat pump rebate program, Spencer and Dustin were the installers and I would highly recommend both, Tom and Cynthia surpassed expectations on the administrative side of the purchase. Home Town Heating was the best of the 5 other HVAC Contractors we considered for this project.
