Taylor and the crew took over everything. They fought my insurance company for months, brought in third-party adjusters, and wouldn’t stop until the damage was fully acknowledged. Not only did they get my roof fully covered, they also got my gutters and part of my fence included in the claim — 100% paid by insurance. Hometown Roofing replaced my roof after hail damage last year and I am very happy with it. Patrick did a great job keeping me informed about the process and tuning the details with the insurance company, and made it very straightforward on my end. The roof and new guttering look great, the surroundings were left tidy, and the solar panels were reinstalled just like they were before.

Billy from Hometown was very diligent with his inspection of our roof and home. He was extremely thorough documenting the damage to our home and explaining the severity of the damages we sustained. He has been more than helpful explaining the process of claim filing and the next steps throughout the entire process.
