We had an outstanding experience w/ HomeTowne and their team installing new full-frame Marvin windows. Their quote was competitive & Bob was a very honest and upfront sales coordinator. They did a beautiful job insulating & trimming out the new windows.

A full house of Marvin Replacement windows were installed in 2009 and 2010. This review is late in coming. The windows and installation were superb and still look as good as when they were installed. Last Saturday I was washing them and ran into a problem. One call to Hometowne and I was talked through the fix. I'm an arthritic 70 yr. old and couldn't wrangle the window back in place. I called again, at closing time, and got Bob Dietz. He was my salesman 16 years ago. He drove to my house and fixed it. He didn't want the window left open on a 90° day. That's customer service. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

From our first experience in the showroom through the in-home visit and quote, our salesperson Bob C. did an outstanding job. He was there for us every step of the way--stopping in on installation day to check the work, and circling back the day after the installation to double-check that everything was exactly as promised. Everyone at Hometown was very professional and knowledgeable. The installation crew was efficient, friendly, neat and precise.
