Realtors beware. A home inspector from this company stated in his inspection report that there was no permit pulled to replace the roof and no way to verify it was attached properly. He stated there was no main cutoff to the electricity running to the house. THE BUYERS BACKED OUT. The homeowner had a copy of the permit and I called Polk County to verify you can find the permit in their system. The main cutoff was by the meter, inspector simply didn't see it.
