Finally found the best painters in town. They live right in Sugarmill. The pictures of the edge by the ceiling, the baseboards and the trim say it all. I’ve already made arrangements to have the exterior of the house painted. Professional, reliable, honest and fair. Also, licensed, bonded and insured. 5 stars!

Charlie was amazing to work with. He completed the projects quickly and helped us identify easy/fast solutions for some other repairs that needed to be done. The house was being put on the market and he took the time to blow the leaves off the porch so it would like nice in pictures. He goes above and beyond expectations. We have used him several times and will continue to do so. I’d highly recommend him.

We had interior painting done by Charlie Cunningham. Very nice job, communicated well with needed to be done. He's knowledgeable with the area and his kraft. He went beyond what other painters were going to do. His quotes were below others. Book fast; he's in demand!!

Amanda and Charlie have done several small jobs for me, power washing the driveway, painting, organizing the garage, cleaning the shingles on the roof. They have always been right there when they said they would be, they always worked quickly but well, and the results always made me happy, all without the customary and embarrassing overcharging some contractors hit you with. The cost has always been reasonable. I recommend their services.

We have used Homosassa Redisdential Services several times now. They painted our master bedroom. They repaired our drywall after our son put his skateboard through the wall. Most recently they installed some baseboards for us. We highly recommend them! They are always punctual, professional, and their work is high quality!
