This company installed a new furnace and since installation l have called the company several times regarding water leaking from the furnace as well as water inside the furnace. Luis came out several times and looked at the furnace and never repaired it. Finally l call Four Seasons to find out why the furnace continues to leak and l was told the PVC PIPES were not properly installed and the pipes need to be adjusted to fit perfectly. It's and installation problem that could have been made months ago. I spoke to Tony the owner and still nothing had been done to correct the problem. I paid a lot of money and received poor service. Tony came and installed AC unit. Black in 2021. Works wonderful. Now it is 2025 and I am trying to contact them but seems the phone number is no longer working just hangs up. Honest Guys did an excellent job with the installation of my new furnace with humidifier system on December 23, 2023. They keep me informed on the delivery of the equipment with ETA status for their arrival. My new furnace is running great, but they had a problem with the new humidifier not starting up due to a programming with the panel. So I was scheduled for 2nd visit to complete the final installation on humidifier. It was scheduled for December 27, 2023 between 9-10AM which they texted me/called me to advise me they were on their way. The owner Antonio came out with his two technicians to make sure everything was completed which they did an excellent job. I highly recommended them for your HVAC services. Sincerely, Mia

They actually live up to their names! HONEST GUYS... The service was great from the initial visit to the completion of the job.I had an air conditioner and heating unit installed.They were prompt and efficient and honest!...I really believe if you're looking to purchase a new furnace or air conditioner ..you should start with this company!!! # satisfied cistomer.. PS. As for my original review … Years later I still call them to take care of all my maintenance with my heating and cooling.
