Honest Irrigation

this morning i got my drone stuck in a tree and 2 guys from Honest Irrigation saw. They were getting ready for their work day and i would assume on their way to a job site but still they dropped everything they were doing just to spend a few minuets helping me get my drone down. Truly pure kindness. If they treat people who aren't their customers this well their customer service must be amazing.

I have used Honest Irrigation 4 or 5 times so far for my lawn needs from time to time. They are very down to earth when communicating with them at the Office with your particular needs. A great value and good service. They always deliver on time. I have bought Sod from them and it is a good product in good shape. Thanks again to all the staff.

After Irma came through these guys came through the neighborhood and removed debris without charge to any of us homeowners, they've been here working as our neighborhood is new construction. But what a huge help. As a result I hired them to remove some trees the storm had damaged. From the front office staff to the owner and the guys who came out, what a great bunch of people. Kind ,honest and hardworking. Would highly recommend them. Update 10/6 when the guys removed trees they had damaged some of the sod, not hard to do with a tractor, but they did their best to minimize damage. They stated when the sod fields were open again after being flooded due to Irma, they would come back out to fix the sod. Came home yesterday and it was done! So rare to not be forgotten. Honest Irrigation was one of 3 estimates I received for landclearing and grading in Osteen. The cost was best of the 3 and provided more services. The owner Bill, is who I interacted with on the project. He directed his guys and made sure the job was completed appropriately. I am very satisfied with the project and have retained them for site work for a home I am building. I highly recommend Honest Irrigation. His office staff is knowledgeable and pleasant, the guys doing the project are skillful at what is expected and Bill has quickly responded to any request I've made. He has worked closely with subs on this job.
